Instantly my first suggestion was Smashbox’s Aritficial Light Luminizing Lotion. Now, I realize that this product has been out there a really long time and there are many others out there that could do the job as well. But what I love about the Smashbox in particular is it’s consistency. Housed in a pump, this oil-free illuminator is fluid enough to blend seamlessly with your foundation or concealer, yet still provides just the right amount of coverage and pearl effect to get the job done. I love to use it on ALL skin-tones, because the color is so forgiving. The other plus is that it contains Japanese green tea, so it’s also a great anti-oxidant.
