I’ve always been a huge fan of the double-ended lipgloss and teeth whitening products, and my first introduction to this type of product was celebrity dentist, Dr. Pia Lieb’s Sexy Smile. However, I didn’t totally love it because 1) it tasted nasty and 2) the pack would always bust open, because of the intensity of the hydrogen peroxide (which is the teeth whitening active). Well, Tarte has taken that same fantabulous concept and partnered with well known teeth whitening brand, BriteSmile, to achieve an oral whitener that works, and tastes good. It’s also breath freshening, so it’s really like a 3-in-1 product! The formulas are housed in a flow-thru, dual-ended pack, with a brush applicator on both ends. So the process is completely mess-free and hygienic, since you don’t have to double dip the whitener every time you put it in your mouth. Yuck! And though I’m goo goo over the whitener, unfortunately, I’m not a big fan of the tacky lipgloss. But who says you have to use the gloss that’s included? So I just substitute with one of my other fave glosses. Besides, who ever carries only one lipgloss in their purse anyway?
